The Niagara 31 was built by Hinterhoeller in St Catharines, Ontario. She is a masthead rigged fibreglass sloop with balsa cored hull and decks and a fin keel and spade rudder.
The cockpit has two large side seat lockers for storage and a dedicated propane locker below the helm seat. The interior has a double berth in the V-berth with access to the head and shower to port. The main salon has opposing settees with a large folding drop down teak table between them which can be lowered to form a double berth, a u-shaped galley to stbd and a navigation station to port.
She is powered by a 21 hp Westerbeke W21 naturally aspirated diesel engine with V drive. The interior is finished in teak. She is in good condition for her age throughout.
