We analyze the market through several resources, including our MLS data, to provide pricing guidance. This analysis includes comparisons with boats for sale in your market, with consideration for age, history and equipment.
But beyond that we review North American wide sales data, including equipment, asking vs sale prices and time on the market.
Then the work really begins. We coordinate the listing information and begin the advertising process. Your boat will have exposure through Yachtworld, boats.com, BreezewayYachts.com, the monthly Breezeway Yachts Newsletter, our blog posts and a variety of social media channels including areas targeted to used boat buyers.
Then we have the hands on activities with the potential Buyers. Phone, email and text contact, visits to the boat for extra photos, virtual video tours and in person showings.
We work hard to get you an attractive offer, and we know that price is just one element of that.
We are with you through the due diligence process, attending survey and sea trial, and we provide guidance with any issues that arise.
Then we handle all aspects of the Closing Process from funds transfers to paperwork completion. Our experience, passion for the process and empathy for our clients is why we exist.

With over 50 years combined new and used boat sales, we know the market. And our team of yacht brokers knows how to utilize all of the resources at our disposal.
We will evaluate available boats and provide guidance with offers using information from our boat MLS Service. This is information that is expensive to obtain and not widely available. Access to sold boat prices, equipment details, vessel location and time on the market are useful data points we use every day. But that alone isn’t enough. Working in this used sailboat and powerboat environment daily allows us to combine the data with our expertise.

Our yacht brokers’ backgrounds are diverse, but we all have decades of boat ownership experience, and from 5 to 20 years brokerage and dealer experience. We have handled hundreds and hundreds of new and used boat sales from Toronto to the west coast to the southern US to the Eastern Seaboard.
We also have a range of prior business experience, providing a well rounded background that we bring to our clients.

The process of completing the purchase and then assisting the buyer of your boat with post purchase logistics is a key part of what we offer.
DIGITAL DOCUMENTATION
The documents we use are approved and vetted by the Yacht Brokers Association of America. They are all in digital format and ready for e-signatures, so we are not dealing with the delays and legibility issues associated with printing, scanning, reprinting, etc.
Deals can be completed promptly and changes handled easily.
We also ensure that the Sellers receive all required documentation to complete the transfer of ownership and we provide guidance on the Transfer of Title for the vessel.
SECURITY OF FUNDS
BREEZEWAY YACHTS is representing you the Seller. As the Seller‘s Broker we handle all funds and ensure those are released to you promptly upon completion of the given contract terms (signature of the Bill(s) of Sale, completion of in-water inspections, and any other terms).
Until then, your funds remain safely and securely with us. We are Incorporated and fully insured.
