We ARE NOT in the repair business so we are not going to encourage you to spend money on repairs that are not going to help your boat sell.

We DO NOT sell new boats, so we are NEVER trying to upsell clients from your boat to a new boat.

SHOWINGS

We get potential buyers on your boat AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. When we cannot personally accommodate, we readily call on other members of the Breezeway Team to get the client aboard. We also conduct virtual showings of our used boats with remote clients, as a first step and occasionally only step, to getting an offer on your boat.

We will not lose an opportunity to conduct a showing. If it is not possible to have one of the team show the boat, we may call on you, the seller, to open the boat. That will only be a last option, but we will not lose a showing if there is any way to get the client aboard.

We have access to MLS Market Industry information and we share the results of our research with you. You will know your competition in the marketplace.

You will also know complete sales information for transactions on similar boats throughout North America, to help you make informed decisions.

All of our yacht sales documents are digital and ready for e-signatures. This means we can process and submit offers remotely for quick and easy signatures. There is no requirement to print paperwork to sign, scan and return.

[NOTE: Transport Canada does require original signatures for their Federally Registered vessel transactions. We do supply completed documents requiring only your signature]

All of our documents have been formed and vetted by the Yacht Brokers Association of America, for your protection.
